Sejarah STKIP Situs Banten

Pada awal pendirian STKIP Situs Banten, kegiatan operasional pendidikan bekerjasama dengan STKIP Siliwangi dan STKIP Pasundan Cimahi Bandung.

Sejak 2002, kerjasama ini telah meluluskan mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Matematika dan Penjaskes. Sejak tahun 2006, STKIP Situs Banten telah meluluskan mahasiswa keempat jurusan tersebut diatas, dengan nama perguruan tinggi STKIP Siliwangi dan STKIP Pasundan, karena pada saat itu STKIP Situs Banten belum memiliki izin operasional. Awal pengusulan berdirinya STKIP Situs Banten ini dimulai tahun 2009 dan mendapatkan surat izin operasional melalui Surat Keputusan Mendikbud Nomor 054/P/2014 tanggal 14 Februari 2014 dengan program studi :

• Pendidikan Guru Anak Usia Dini
• Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris
• Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan

Dengan demikian, meskipun STKIP Situs Banten baru berdiri tahun 2014, akan tetapi mengelola pendidikan tinggi yang bekerjasama dengan STKIP Siliwangi dan STKIP Pasundan sudah berjalan sejak tahun 2006.

Hingga saat ini, alumni STKIP Situs Banten yang bekerjasama dengan STKIP Siliwngi dan STKIP Pasundan Cimahi, telah bekerja dan terjun ke masyarakat, sebagian besar mereka bekerja dalam bidang pendidikan
